Vito Leone - The character from an obscure animated series from Spain (which is now lost media unfortunately) called "Vito Leone: Urban Dancer". He was made by the same people who created Benito, the Cuétara Choco Flakes mascot, despite the fact Vito was made in a different studio.

Hope the series gets found one day... maybe or maybe not since there is such little to no information about it...
