Not the strongest lancer, but he's definitely going to reach enemies sooner than any of them will. Kokichi is a great example as to why mobility is so important in this game.

His promotion form is cool. It’s just him more armored up it looks like, with a helicopter propeller. I may draw it, but since no official art would be my interpretation. Lol.
