Here's Ibuki Mioda. Probably the most complicated that I've drawn so far. There's quite a lot going on with her hair, 2 cones, large pointy fringe, white strands, back of hair, hair on head. I've hidden the hair layers to show how much hair there is:
I cloned her eyes onto the top layer like how the original danganronpa characters are like.
Her hair kind of clashes with the background that i chose, here's a blank bg version:
