This is Samantha, A girl who was turned in the 1950s when vampires raided a function she was attending. She turned and survived through the decades, now a vampire master herself, since she was already something of a smart cookie as a human. She doesn't really seek world domination, just wishing to enjoy her extended undead life with her powers. She is a nice one and fairly reasonable, but she, likewise, won't be afraid to go on the attack if you disrespect or threaten her.

Oh, and if you're wondering why she doesn't have shoes on. Eh, I'm weird like that when it comes to my vampires =P.
