another character concept for my little game idea. their name is jess, and they're a user of plant magic. they basically throw seed bombs to cause massive aoe damage. did i mention their appearance changes with the weather?

the main inspiration for this character was matcha cookie from cookie run: ovenbreak skillwise, while their design was mostly inspired by ralsei from deltarune. hope you like them!
