I love that the outline is consistent and clean. :) What program did U use for this? I'm looking for a new art program to use.

I decided to redesign my original character Adam, since I found the original design to be a bit plain. I did design him to be a mechanic, but his previous design didn't hint towards that. After designing him more, I changed my mind on him being a mechanic and wanted him to be a short-tempered inventor. What do you think of him? If you have any criticism, please leave it down below.
