Hialy

Share

Just a dumb plant-moth-girl that got a house to collapse over her head and now she can fly lol (yes, she were a human, but after an encounter with a little vegetal symbiote, a Hyles lineata moth, a collapsed house in flames and 200 years of sleep, Hialy was born)

She's really really fast and agile, and thanks to her ability to throw gaseous substances under pressure from her hands and roots, she can boost at really high speed

Her moth part lets her:

  1. See in the dark
  2. Use her antennas to find things
  3. Fly
  4. Having the necessity to look at lamps

Her plant part lets her:

  1. Throw different types of gaseous substances from her body
  2. Photosynthesis
  3. Some wood weapons
  4. Resistance to heat temperatures for a short time, this is because of how she almost died, since the symbiote adapts to them guest last near-to-dead moment, and she got a house in flames to collapse over her
  5. A really resistant skeleton, this is also related to her adaptability
  6. Regeneration

Even tho her resistance may look invincible, in fact she can be ingured really easily, since her skin is still human-like. Also her regeneration ability only works well when she bury her roots on dirt with good nutrients, or when she eats.

She now lives in a post-war world (the war happened while she was "sleeping", 150 year ago), with a bunch of humanoid creatures that "normal" humans call "mutants". Those mutants were humans that mutated by a virus just before the worst part of the war started.

Even tho humans think the mutants are dangerous creatures that will kill them, they're still humans inside and most of them doesn't want to harm no one.

Curiously Hialy isn't a mutant as such, since her actual state isn't because of the virus, but since she doesn't look like a "normal" human, she is considered as one
