This Robin came in to Bruce's life when Bruce was in his mid to late 40's and is the most high tech of the Robins. Tim is friendly around people and the only one who didn't leave Batman and was proud to be the boy wonder in his adult years. His bow staff is able to retract and fit on his back so it doesn't get in the way of things.
