At the last minute, I have finished my Pico Day art! It's not quite as extensive as I would have liked, but I ran out of time. Oh well. This whole thing is basically just a Daicon IV reference, with the sci-fi characters swapped out for Newgrounds staples.
Also, here's the art without the RGB distorted filter:
