Ok, so the original idea was after RT went under, I was going to have the RWBY cast move in with Juvia since they are technically in “Non-Canon space” which is where Juvia is. Icon (On Juto’s request) sent them there so they would not be homeless while trying to work out how to restore their universe. (Knowing him he would have said something like “I’ll get around to restoring it when I feel like it.”) Then I would do a follow up comic on them being bought out, Icon takes credit for it because he’s Icon, then finally a goodbye comic of them going back to their now newly restored verse. Thanks to the VIZ news I’m cutting out the middleman and just making this a “Transitional period move in.” The situation with my family delayed the mini comic plans I had with these characters but I’ll be doing them now. I have so many ideas on what I want to do and even if VIZ comes out with the newest volume in like a month, I’ll keep them around for a considerable amount of time before sending them off.
