Hi guys!
I made this poster for Pupunha Ink, a monthly meeting for artists and illustrators. A friend of mine organizes the event, so the idea was for me to make a poster that pairs with my boyfriend's (mine is for the August edition, his was June and you can see it here http://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/adecanto/pupunha-ink-poster ).
The idea is that his character went to rescue a princess and as he ran away rescuing her, a creature cut off her arm and when he found out, he returned to find her she had slain the beast alone. TLDR: She just needed a sword, not a prince."
I really like the way you highlight and shade parts for focus .
