"I'll see you in a couple of weeks!"
R.M.S. Titanic (launched 31 May 1911, sank 15 April 1912) was a British ocean liner owned and operated by the White Star Line. She is the second ship of the Olympic-class ocean liners. Sadly, on her maiden (first) voyage, she struck an iceberg and sank in 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Back in February 2018, I had no idea where to start in my art, since I was a beginner. I really loved the Titanic as a little kid, dating back to my 2nd grade years. I also loved personification too, so I decided to draw one, despite only then taking growth as an artist seriously. Even when I decide to stop humanising ships because of my extreme discomfort around the subject due to many different external and internal factors.
Even then, my love for this never died.
I feel like she is a cheerful soul who is pretty eager to see the world, and wanted only the best to almost everyone, not bothered much by her older sister Olympic requiring to be fixed up again and again despite delaying Titanic's maiden voyage.
19 January 2022 Update: Hello! I'm actually surprised on how much love this received. I'm incredibly honoured to have received it all, thank you for supporting my work!
