Another Pokemon Gijinka for the newgrounds collab!
This one was kind of difficult. I was really trying to work with the little detail Dragonair had. I also had to make her outfit viable underwater since it hasn't abandoned the water yet lol. Decided to give her some shoujo looking hair to kind of reference the 151 being released in the 90s.
