The goddess of luck, who's the face and source of power in The Vanity Casino. She's a higher being worshipped by those that run the location.
I'm still tweaking out her design, but I really liked how this piece turned out, made it through Penup on my Android phone. Below is the picture with a different filter and the gif process of its creation.
