Guess who managed to figure out how to auto-trace SVG lines with Grease Pencil after all! The primary work was still in drawing that environment from scratch, though.
There was a LOT more I wanted to do in this piece to encapsulate my outdoor experience with Texas, but my limited abilities brought me to this finished product instead. Not bad at all for a practice piece- no need to spend another week fiddling with gradients. Also, look at the duck
Texas summer is the worst.
i spent an hour and a half in this fuck ass heat and started hallucinating that i was in the UK and got my face melted off by some guy who threw a cup of acid on me.
