Dullahan is a weird word. I know it's like, Irish in origin or something, but every time I write it, it just doesn't look ir sound right. Guess that just comes with it being foreign in origin, or just a word you don't hear or see very often.
Anywho, these 3 sisters are dancers... Er... A dancer? They all have some minor debilitation that they've decided to play up for their performances: Ocula has bad eyes (and glasses aren't easy to keep on a floating head), Eavesa is nearly-but-not-quite deaf, and Yakiya has a very raspy voice and can only barely talk. Together they do a sort of "Three Wise Monkeys" thing. Purely thematic, they don't have any philosophical attachment.
They take turns controlling their body for their individual performances. Here, Eavesa has taken the reins and is playing up her "Hear No Evil" shtick. She uses her head like a prop as she covers her ears during her dance.
Also yeah, their heads float, but can only do so near their body.
They... may or may not be a part of "other" things I plan to draw in the future.
