"Mister O."

This is a character that I created a year ago for an RPG campaign that I'm running and I've already been mentioning it in some posts (specifically in the monster posts).

He is inspired by some famous comic book characters, can you guess which ones?

His face has paranormal features that prevent any information about him from being discovered, his name, skin color, hair shape, eyes, nose and mouth. All this information is ignored by the brain as if you didn't understand it, seeing a kind of "blur" instead of a face.
