Nice One
Looks great for pixel art, must have taken a long time. I really like the way you did the leaves on the trees and how narrow the road is, must not be frequented by cars or at least big ones. There are definitely ways for it to be made better, but I'm no expert on dithering. I hope you're happy with it.
