Joka + Pomni.

This is not my first TADC fanart,

in fact, I've been drawing TADC

stuff almost non-stop for the last

two weeks, because I needed to

get on the latest trend. Plus I liked

the pilot so it didn't feel too much

of a chore to draw the characters.

I plan of posting the doodles I've

made sometime but if you wanna

The main thing I disliked(and I liked

pretty much everything in the pilot)

is Pomni's design. It may be just me

being a cringe ass edgy hater or

something, but like, 2023 has been

the year of the clown obsession on

the internet, hasn't it? And I'm tired

of seeing any and every clown/jester

character becoming the new best

character ever and exploding in

popularity, specially if they look like

a literal Jevil re-color like Pomni does.

I mean, even Geiru "Clussy Fever"

Toneido's design had something

at least memorable to it. But to me,

Pomni's design is as bland as her

personality, because she's just like

an adorkable Disney princess and

her whole personality is just "being

the protag", and I don't like that.

Like, I loved Pomni, okay? I liked

her for all the reasons everyone

else liked her, but idk man I think

that doesn't mean I can't genuinely

criticize something that has room

for improvement. People have been

acting all preachy on me just because

of this opinion of mine, even when I

insisted that I liked and loved the show,

so I really don't want to become an

active part of the fandom. I'll just make

my own fanarts and keep it to myself.

I'll actually try my hand at re-designing

Pomni as something else that is not a

clown, to see if I can make a point.

I haven't really commented anything

about this drawing itself.
