Rad! She'd probably somewhat betray her cover from the soldiers protecting her... if she's destroyed, do the others lose their direction completely, or does the queen program fall to another robot? Can her AI just go to another body? I have to wonder.

While many Nectar units exists, there will be one that acts as queen that commands them all. they're almost indistinguishable in appearance, except the fact she will have far more access and adaptability in weaponry.

yeah, it transfers to another. If you know the Dual Demon fight from Dark Souls 3, where if the demon becomes the last of their kind, it will gain the power of their entire race, its somewhat like that.
The less bodies they have the stronger it gets, and being the last one will reach a critical state
