you really rock hard, you draw amazing girls really AWESOME and just because you are the only one that i have find that has made a drawing of kenshin you're going to favs 'cause i really like that anime :), but c'mon i agree with some dude from below it has too female features i know that you were trying to do a OVA style but i know you can make a better drawing, he doesn't look to girly and the hair looks too much weird, but anyway keep on rockin' dude, it would be nice if you do a drawing just like "Go on without me" but using kenshin and shishio, mmmm damn!!! :) haha

Joovy has a good point but still, every art has it artist, and every artist has he own art.. so in Zigan's point of view hes dead on.
Also i can add, In The Old and OVA Ken Really look girly, not all the time, But sometimes he Really Look Girly, Just need to know the series just to get it.
Btw: I like it but still feel you could do it better..

im a big fan of Rurouni Kenshin, its one of my fav animes so for me this piece of art is a bit of a disappointment. in terms of art alone, i think it is really good but you make kenshin look like a woman here! i know kenshin has some femanine looks in him but i think you took that WAY too far in this. it looks like a transgendered version of him.
your one of my fav artists on NG Zigan i like a lot of your work but looking at some of them i cant help noticing that it seems sometimes you find it difficult to seperate male and female traits when drawing faces. (eg: Kindred and Crystal May) . aside from this aspect this is pretty good. props?

I don't really take any offense to that notation, so no worries. I get that a lot actually and I'm trying to get ahold of myself on the problem. I think more of the reason I do accidentally make men look like woman is because for one, I don't draw a whole lot of male characters, especially not recently since the past year all i've been doing is trying to study female facial anatomy and body builds. However, I'm also a really big anime fan and love certain styles of art to make men look more slender yet beautiful... I'm not a homosexual, it's just the style of art I like. Don't get me wrong though, I can make things look pretty hideous and more manly, It's just Kenshin to me from the OVA seemed to have more of a feminine look about him, even the way he acted, and I especially wanted to show that in his eyes, tranquil, calm, empathetic, yet determined. I suppose people have different ways of viewing characters--it's just with the refrence I was given and the style I perceived, it came out probably a little too woman-like for some, but to me, I can clearly see that it's a man... just very pretty, lol. Thanks for the comment, I appreciate your close observation in my works, It does help. :)
