yo! never really posted here.

this lil olimar model was whipped up last august for a bomb rush cyberfunk mod but i decided to make a render with him cause he's just a sick lil dude.

since he was made for bomb rush cyberfunk, his proportions are directly in line with the main character, red. anytime i've shown this lil guy off, i always get the question of why i did olimar of all characters. but the answer is just cause i like a challenge, and retooling olimar so his proportions would fit into bomb rush was a fun one!

the initial idea was just that he'd be carried by a ton of pikmin, which sounded better than it looked.

i asked around for ideas, and eventually the idea of a mech was what i settled on.

for designing the mech, neato (neatoshin) offered to help, and after he whipped up a design i got to modeling!
