I am running my own PTU campaign (Basically a Pokemon DnD) In which I am making a full custom region with its own Fakemon's and NPC's and I thought I could share what I make for it here starting with the starters

Here are their entries in order:

Rasballi: The Small Bunny Pokemon

It is said that in older times it helped hunters and gatherers find food by sensing them out using its flower. In recent times as this was less needed it started growing a strong rivalry towards Scorbunny.

Legends say it wielded a sword, capable of summoning the wrath of nature itself

Scrubup: The Cleanly Bear Pokemon

It is said that in older times it helped seafarers cross the stormy seas by controlling the weather itself and lifting fog to let them see the guiding lights.

Legends say it wielded a spear, capable of splitting the sea in half.

Lamburn: The Goat Pokemon

It is said that in older times it helped smiths and miners with metal by breaking rocks using its hard head and fiery horns.

Legends say it wielded and axe, capable of rupturing the earth effortlessly

Which one of these 3 would you choose to have accompany you through the Genia Region?
