It has been many years since I have posted on Newgrounds, but after seeing a friend of mine on twitter use it regularly for their music, I decided to give it another go for my music content.
Since my earlier creations many years ago, I have expanded my music composition abilities from being a generic EDM producer, to producing in as many genres as I can, including composing music for games and video.
Since those earlier years I have gotten faster at the hobby, and this particular piece I composed and created the first mix between 9.45PM and 10.35PM last night, before I went to bed, so I spent less than 1 hour on the version you are hearing now.
For this piece I used Spitfire Labs and Originals for the Orchestra, Reason Rack’s Humana Choir, and the piece was composed in FL Studio.

The progression in here, especially when the choirs kick in in full force, is sublime.
It also does sound a tiny little bit like A Fleeting Dream (from Final Fantasy X), albeit if you did a much more sombre iteration using a leitmotif from there.
Work on giving your track more air in general and increase that reverb tail in the end; it does feel a little bit stifled. Otherwise, your instrumentation is solid, your vocal harmonies are on point.

I always feel a bit conflicted about the ends of tracks. Either I feel they end way too abruptly: that might be the case with this, or else they have huge tails that result in 10s of seconds of almost silence, it's hard to balance it sometimes.
You may only use this piece for commercial purposes if your work is a web-based game or animation, otherwise you must make specific arrangements with the artist.
