Him being the Pseudo-God of Creation, he half-watches over time-space, keeping it in check from any corruptions or tears in reality. As you can infer, it's a VERY important job to fill, and he's super stressed out. Not to mention Vaas Montenegro's definition of Insanity comes into play, because every single dimension goes through a time loop.

This is his leitmotif. The song plays whenever he gets himself into a major fight scene, like against an army of - i dunno - Living potato chip bags with Homocidal tendencies.
