At this point I've embraced the down-tempo deep house genre. I tried to make a fast song, but it just didn't work out. I even had to speed this track up from 94BPM! Please accept the many uses of the ride cymbal and recent use of effects as an apology

There's one thing I gotta practice more, and that's the use of the bass. Deep house uses some nice basslines, while I'm here making simple patterns. That won't do! If I am going full deep house, I need to give the bass some more priority!

Well there's one thing I did try here, and that's giving the bass some nice eq. It should be a lot bassier while not causing the entire song to lose like 50% volume. It's almost tight, I can feel it!... wait no not tight as in taut, tight as in not loose... dammit you got me!

"Wait wait hold on!" Balloof pleaded as he was chased around the small space that was his home and "front yard."

"What?" The monster finally stopped, glaring at the blue dog.

"Something I'm waiting for hasn't arrived yet, and we can't fight until it's here so... wanna play a round or two of one card?"

She stared at him for a few moments and shrugged.

Balloof set up the table and took out his favorite deck of Uno™ cards.

"You lied to me." Miss Weracidog growled.

"They're practically the same!" He argued.

With a discontent grunt the monster sat at the table to play some Uno™. Little did Balloof know, she sucked at it.

p.p.s. The story doesn't quite fit with the music? Well too bad. I wanted to draw Balloof and Weracidog playing Uno(?).
