Day 20! and still sane! (mostly)

Today I did something I've surprisingly never actually done before; I revisited one of my old songs to improve on it using the knowledge I've gained so far in my FL Studio journey.

This song (the original) in particular is the 6th song I ever made; and the one I hate the most.

I was just learning about music structure and burrowed chords and thought it was a good idea to tackle all of that in one song and a single day. Needless to say it turned out horrible, to me anyway.

It's haunted me ever since so I tried my best to re-imagine (fix) the song and shine a whole new light on it, while keeping it's identity. I ended up spending more time than I normally would with a single-day song but I learned a lot about composing tracks and building on ideas over time.
