Pretty neat track. The introduction is nice, but I feel like the piano's introduced a little too early as the pad already sets a nice ambience for the start. The general structure of this song is solid, but the crash cymbal throughout is a little abrasive compared to the other elements - maybe remove the low/mid frequencies, have it a couple decibels lower and drown it a little in reverb.
The drop sounds nice, but I feel like it's a little samey throughout and the mix/master makes everything sound smashed together, a little overcompressed. Maybe it's because the main piano is a little too loud, chill it out with a little decrease in volume and less stereo presence. On the second time listening, I also noticed that the drum loop you used sounds stretched, a little unnatural which isn't good for an orchestral/ambient track like this. I know there isn't many workarounds if you're sticking with the loop, but maybe changing the mode for stretching or using another loop entirely would work? Not sure. It also sounds like there's an abrupt cut at 1:36, the instruments sound like they looped incorrectly there.
For the outro, I felt like it could've been a little more impactful with a riser to introduce itself comfortably. The noise sample also abruptly cuts off at 2:17 and the piano does so too, right at the end. Those could both probably be fixed with a little reverb and volume automation.
The strengths and weaknesses are both apparent, but I still feel like this track is strongly emotional. Keep on going!
