The music was made using Finale Print-Music. It was originally intended to be the soundtrack for a game (called Exhaust) whose status is currently unknown to me (as is wether the piece will actually be used). As such, I am putting it up so that someone can listen to it, or potentially use it.

it is meant to loop at the end, which is why the sound gets cut off. I tried to time the loop as best I could in .wav, but that may not have survived to mp3 format.
