Great job with the guitar, but the song's sound is seriously lacking. You have the tune, all you need now is two more pieces- the beat, and the overtone. The beat would probably go best with either a bass string instrument, or a drummer, and the overtone would be best with volcals or a couple other treble instruments (some brass or possibly just another guitar)

solo acoustic is like tea or wine... simple, but you can just make out the suggestions of beats and rhythms beyond the music.
good job. good playing. the string plucking stuff wasn't great, but your transitions between that and strumming were right on
