(EDIT: Thank you for the Frontpage feature!)

A new age/cinematic tune with a load of synths for slow motion scenes, so a parody of "Chariots of Fire" by the late and great Vangelis, that's pretty much it :)

-Faks 4 Fun!!!-

The original tune that was supposed to be played in the intro of Chariots of Fire was another masterpiece by Vangelis, "L'Enfant". The director said that it fit perfectly and asked Vangelis to score the rest of the film without the intro, but Vangelis insisted on writing a new piece of music for the intro, which resulted in the iconic Chariots intro theme. Sometimes, last minute additions go a long way :)

This is a wonderful piece of work. It may have been inspired by Vangelis but it truly stands on its own merits. You have a gift for works that make me remember those things I have had the good fortune to witness, to have experienced. I came home from blood and fire but the things I think about when I hear this and your other works are what keeps me and other veterans alive and able to move forward. Thank you for the generous gift of your music.

ZaazNG responds:

I'm left speechless... Thank you so much for your kind words. Touching people's hearts and inspiring them is exactly why I want to write music to begin with, I'm incredibly moved by this review, take care of yourself and much love to you, friend <3

I love this so much, and might I be so bold to say it's perhaps even better than the original?

ZaazNG responds:

That is an INCREDIBLEY bold statement lol but holy shit thank you so much brotha, super glad you liked it <333

Thank you!! :)

This is great, love the sound design. It sounds fantastic on my speakers!

ZaazNG responds:

Thank you so much!! Mostly used Arturia CS80V for most of the sound design on here, to capture that iconic cinematic synth :)

This is definitely very close to the reference you were going for, good job! But at the same time it still has a unique melody and to some extent also more unique instruments. I like the subtle crash when the second part comes in, and I like how you sometimes drag the melody out for an extra measure to add to that suspenseful slo-mo feel. Awesome work as always, keep it up!!

ZaazNG responds:

Thank you so much!! This one was somewhat tricky to put together, but the end result is something I definitely enjoyed, and I'm glad that you did too! :D
