I'm super digging how filthy stank this is. Definitely feels like an old school NES beat em up. Like a hidden gem of a DD clone.
Its ok But you did add way too much chip tune to it
It's not terrible, though the dissonance is a bit jarring with chiptune. The melody also feels a bit in the air, if you know what I mean; doesn't really feel like it's going somewhere. These are quite abstract critiques so properly not very helpful, though I do know my way around around harmony fairly well.
