Another track off my album, "As A Phoenix We Rise". This one is probably the one I love the most in terms of lyrics. I believe it's the mantra I have developed over the past couple years on my journey to being a more resilient person in terms of my mental health. The overarching theme of the album is mental health and facing your demons, being your own savior and being the best you can be.
