I like the feel It has, also that one part at the middle when you can hear the wood and the last part too
Track 1 from Short Stories & Folktales EP
A short minor scale classical guitar piece played in standard tuning with a capo in the first fret. This track was rather uncomfortable to play for the left hand as the chord shape was quite the stretch. That's one reason why I choose to capo the guitar at the first fret to minimize such pain. Plus I felt that having it in a higher pitch added to the sweetness of the sound.
I used a Convolution Reverb instead of the usual Algorithmic reverb, and I also added saturation during the mixing and mastering process.
I did a quick master for this track since I wanted to post something to Newgrounds since it's been a while. There are some odd artefacts present in the recording perhaps from ceiling fan noise since I recorded this piece on a hot day. I may do I re-recording of this track in the future, either way I hope you enjoy listening to it.
