So here's Track 1 from Warcrimes, 'Dreamer of Lies'. This one is a pretty standard deathmetal track inspired by The Raven Autarchy, Oceano and Archspire type tones.

Like all the songs on the album, this one is about a player's character in my DnD campaign. This one in particular is about a Tengu* Monk named Bitter, who had their wings ripped from their body at a young age to follow some monastic traditions. It did not go well for the monastery.

Fun fact, the album art for Warcrimes was done by Bitter's player. Another fun fact, this was the very first song I wrote and had enough fun doing it motivated me to make the rest of the album.

*Yes, while Tengu aren't from DnD I let my players use homebrew races. This comes up a couple of times.
