Ethereal Shield is a song about earth's atmosphere.

I wrote this song for a music jam February 2024. The challenge of the jam was to make the most atmospheric song possible. As such I decided to not only make an atmospheric feeling track but also one that celebrates the atmosphere of our planet.

Without this thin blue film, nothing in our world could survive. We can thank these layers for clouds, rain, and even our oceans.

Not only does it provide us with the air we need to breathe but it also protects us from scorching sunlight and the cold void of outer space.
