Made for everyone who has, at one point, hated themselves when looking at the mirror. I know it is kinda specific, but I have a strong connection with this myself.

The key is to accept the body you were given, and value yourself to a point where you invest to them. And also- BOI you are not the only one. It's ourselves, after all, who we know the most, and they're the easiest to find issues in.

Everyone has issues and problems, though, and the more you get to know one, the more you realize. If you are insecure about yourself, remember that what you see in you, are mostly things that noone else is able to see.

So, before you get to be able to love anyone with all their issues, you should learn to love yourself. Sometimes you just have to remind that to yourself :P
