This was a piece I've written last year after having a good walk in the cold Hertfordshire. I was inspired by Joplin and Lamb's ragtime pieces at that time, and here I am continuing the legacy of those underrated legends. But for real tho... ragtime is such an overlooked yet influential genre that indirectly affects jazz and rock & roll.
Originally called "Northern Wind Rag" but changed to Tramontane because it means the same thing.
