this is an embarassingly bad attempt at tracker chiptune but lord knows ive tried my best okay
this actually started all the way back in like september last year so yeah no im very unmotivated
little tidbit of like lore as a little baby me i was actually an extremely goddamn shit ytpmver and god knows how i do kinda miss those days but i dont miss the stuff i was making it was actually quite fucking horrid but yea the tracker stuff used for fads then is kinda what im basing this off of
im not a tracker expert nor chiptune expert its just that i do really love these kinda songs and wanted to make this style of chiptune without having to actually learn how to use a tracker. [i do have milkytracker and openmpt its just that im shit at it]
so ofc i faked it in fl studio!
(also i know the arp during the slow part is possibly(???) impossible on a real tracker but quite frankly im too tired to fix it)
if you get the cover then thank the lord its done its job

Hahaha, I love the fake .mod title. Definitely got me to click on it.
You might not be very impressed with it, but It's the sort of honest expression that appeals to a listener. Also I don't think that the variable-speed arpeggio is impossible in (all) trackers. Especially since there's very sparse instrumentation alongside it (i.e. nothing that would be ruined by tempo and tickspeed manipulation).
Has some good video game sound here and good quality on this very nice energy too on this piece

This song gives me boss fight vibes with the fast-paced drums and overall melancholy tone in the song. Because of that, I'd like it if it would be possibly to use it in Geometry Dash or something.
