Eternal Quest is a comic about an evil clown overlord and a resistance looking to free the world of his tyrannic grasp. It was written by Ian Flynn, who is known for his work with IDW comics. This track was created for the teaser and pilot episode of the series, as the two main heroes Ash and Alm escape the clutches of Lord Blithe's troops
This is a Drum 'n Bass track infused with cinematic orchestral, timed to fit the action going on. The background bass synth in the beginning is an experiment and another step towards mastering modern electronic bass filters. The clarinet used in Blithe's part was custom created by layering a regular flute MIDI with a square synth. A lot of the inspiration for this piece came from a legendary composer in the cinematic genre, Sean Callery, whose been in mainly TV shows like 24, Marvel's Jessica Jones, and the Halo series, but also video games like 007: Everything Or Nothing.
I hope you all enjoy this rather different style with a little bit of my own flare on it. Make sure you check out the Eternal Quest teaser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LpGlj8z2kU
I SHOULD note that the final track was remastered before publishing, and the fully remastered version WILL be in Episode 1 itself
