ah hell nah bro warms up with a full length piano score I warm up by pondering my life decisions for 3-4 business days and then releasing a mid song that I end up disappointed with

I mainly do these for practice or as a warm up before I start something else now.

I told myself to always make one every once in awhile when I first started making music so it has gotten easy for me. This practice has been helpful in too many ways to explain so I'll just say, I highly recommend turning it into a habit.
