metal + techno(?)

The theme is for an overgrown crab/spider mech thing that shoots beams of fire and tries to crush you. I struggled to think of ways to represent the boss’s ridiculous design in the music so I kinda just winged it.

The part at 2:25 is the hardest thing I’ve played in a song. I switched between thumping and 2-handed tapping while muting the strings with my entire forearm, which is why it sounds so weird.

Here is super old test footage in case you are curious as to what it kinda looks like. The current version is pretty different, but I haven’t polished it enough to feel comfortable showcasing it.
