(Originally released on August 2, 2024)
A krushfunk song with a cartoon-y desert theme. The idea began when I first learned about the existence of krushfunk through YouTube recommendations giving me the song SKELLY. I really liked the song, and I wanted to hear more like it, so I looked and fell into a rabbit hole of music similar to it. Bitcrushed phonk house with baile funk influences (it's in the name! though the masses have conflated phonk with funk for some reason). I already loved baile funk and listened to it regularly, so I was as just as much of a fan. Ended up trying to make some of my own, and had a lot of fun. This had the working title KASKABEL, which is Spanish for rattlesnake (with the letters replaced with K because it's kooler that way). I showed it to a friend, and after they said they were going to try too I made a second one, which I'll be uploading soon. I ended up commissioning them to draw the girl in the cover art after I decided I wanted to release this.
