I just listened to most of it and you just feel like your in a place of snow..but your in peace and harmony with all around....i guess you could call this a peaceful meditating song...I loved it

An ethnic-inspired, energetic piece describing the life of an oasis

I really wanted to do something very ethnic-inspired, hopefully something that could take the listener to an oasis in a huge, endless desert. The dripping kind of pad from the beginning, that goes through the whole song, could symbolize not only the water flowing through the oasis, but also a kind of spiritual power behind the whole scene. Percussion is a very important part- there's 7 layers of different kinds of percussion here. There's also a whole lot of synth work here, plus some details and sfx spread through the whole piece- so listen closely!! :D

Spent quite a bit of time on this. Worked on and off for 3 weeks, although the very most of it was done the last week.

Pretty much you have a good buildup, which I like that. The only problem is that it takes too long to get into the really really good part. Still though there was really nothing wrong with it otherwise, pretty nice. So good job overall, hope to hear more from you. Peace,
