I made something more in my own style, with many melodies telling a story.

The story is simple: two young siblings, in the late afternoon, decide to investigate where the cookies that were hidden from them are.

The song starts with them trying to plan what they’re going to do, and then they begin their mission (they move forward one at a time).

Their dad is on the couch watching TV, and he’s the first obstacle they need to avoid.

Then a cheerful melody plays—they’ve passed the first challenge.

But then their mom arrives, and the sound of the door is played by the piano. The siblings start whispering and figuring out what to do next.

Somehow—God knows how—they manage to dodge her too and find the cookies.

The kids eat them, completely happy… until, in the end, it turns out the mom had seen them—but didn’t say a thing.

It’s a detective story, yes—but seen through the lens of innocence and childhood play.
