I do believe you have captrued the dark ages quite well! If I ever learn how to make flash correcty (and well! I would not want to disgrace this great piece of work with a crappy one...) I shall make a medieval inspired flash just for this!

With the below estimation. The distorition really doesn;t do this peice justice.
One of the instruments sounds sort of naturally discordant, and your using that to carry the peice at points, and im not sure thats fits. You could probally replace that instrument with like a Cello or something and i think it would flow a bit easier.
