In My Opinion.
Just coming in at 11 secs like you did would've been fine. The lead up before made it sound weird.
Still a lot better than i could do so kudos :P

My second try at this, pretty sure I fixed the issues. No mixing aside from the original recording.
Played on an Ibanez RG550XX, I have about 2 and a half years of experience, most of that self-taught.
Thanks to Sorohanro for making a sick track and for all the other guitarists on NG for making some sweet solos over top of it.

the solo didnt have any flow whatsoever.. but i do feel the sweaty hands as you used every trick you could think of in that lead...
considering i suck ass as a musician(fo real) maybe let me just say
as a listener.. you dont need to try to solo over everything... let is have some room to breathe young man

The solo guitar...
Doesn't really sound all that great in my opinion.
IN the beginning, the solo completely messed up the awesome chords that were being played.
That was actually the only thing I didn't like about it.
It kind of ruined the song for me.
Is there a version of this without the solo?
If so can you tell me?
