Ex Nihilum Remix

I was trying out FL8, and I decided to make a remix of my old song, Ex Nihilum. It still has a similar opening, but I gave it a whole new drumloop and main melody. Offer your reviews, I like getting feedback. -- There is no silence at the beginning. Turn up the volume or use earphones, you should hear the bass and the drums start fading in.

sweet!

Gotta admit the beginning almost half of the song feels like a giant build up. With out a doubt you improved on the original. And after hearing your dub version as well I can't decide which I like more.

When the four to the floor comes in the song gets really fun and pleasing to listen too wish theres was more of these moments in this song. Great lead works.

I like the six and ambience of the dub version and I like the drums and overall melodies.

Thanks for the fun listens and comparisons! I love personal or" self-made" remixes.

Thanks bro, and if you have the time, check out Reduco Ex Nihilum: Yet another self made remix lol.

Nice

A very solid song, great atmosphere building intro. The overall beat is insane, constant and perfect, great overall. Really liked the main riff thing too. Great chunky sound to it. Really god your head thinking. But a perfect tune to dance too, great job

interesting.

The intro was interesting. a single crash. then the buildup came in the filter and everything. the percussion was very well done, with a bit of bass thrown in there. The main lead presented a very catchy rift. the sfx were kool, too. Great work man!!!!

Suggestions: intro could have been better. thats all that is keeping this song from awesomeness. Good work

Quiet Buildup

This track takes too long to get started for a Techno track - it's far too quiet at the start, once the first beat has subsided, it's about another 10 seconds before anything else happens. At least after that, there is variation, which you certainly need on a track of this length.

A good combination of beat and melody have been utilised well enough to get the tune working, but again, the fade out was far too much. If you'd cut in the middle of the fade, when you can still hear it, it would sound so much better.

._.!

The song was a great, I have no complaints. The song was good overall, going from a small trench of lower sounding to a more energetic point, then diving back to the trench for a while and mixed into both the trench of lower and energetic, successfully. Something like that. Keep it up, homie.
