This is a song I tried to enter in a contest on Acid Planet... didn't win but meh. ... Anyhow, to put more of an image to this....
You're in an airport very early in the morning... a large airport. It's about....5 or 6 AM. When all the sounds are there, you're inside... But then you get tired of that and go outside. That's when the drums start... it's still kind of dark outside though.... like a dark twilight-ish blue or purple sky. So then you go back inside.
Hm, I hope that helps. I couldn't get the best airport sounds so I used what I had. Enjoy

I'm a really huge fan of big texturey walls of sound, but the beginning of this is just too much I think. Perhaps if it were faded in and out, and where just so suddenly intense. Although, I suppose that is a lot like an airport. I enjoyed when the drums started, but it would've been nice to have a change up in the bass at this point, I'm not really seeing the "blue or purple" sky you're describing. It's a good tune though. :)

i really enjoyed listening to this piece. its bright, has plenty of texture and is very easy on the ear. the use of syths blended nicely and the "garage" style base is one thing i hate most in dance music.. but in this, i actually liked the feature.
