first i'd link to thank you for being honest, i respect your opinion. However i feel like you're problems are mostly a matter of taste. The song actually is more bossa nova then jazz (which i realize that jazz bands occasionally do bossas sometimes but it's not always the case).

The click's, as you refer to them, i assume are the triangle, it's a common instrument in afro-cuban music styles hence it's presence in this song. I can see where you may not like them as their high pitch could annoy those sensitive to such pitches, like my mom.

Also, nothing is random it's all on beat i'm not sure what you're getting at there, and besides an instrument's relation in phase(time) has nothing to do with it's quality, that's a recording problem.

Lastly, i'm hurt that you think me so childish as to report you. There isn't anything wrong with not liking something, it's just there are alot of people on this site that are petty and listen to songs and say hmm.. i don't like rap "0," or ...i don't like metal "0." (and other forms of juvenile ignorance) and give no form of constructive criticism. to clarify, When you judge a song it shouldn't be on taste, it should be on how good the song is. And if you're not liking a style prevents you from judging fairly then go listen to the music you like.(not you specifically)
